Saving you time.
The most innovative precision rifle muzzle device mounting system, ever.
Our new patent-pending self-timing taper mounting system means no more re-zeroing and/or re-timing your muzzle device. Save yourself time by removing your muzzle device, by hand, quickly and then confidently re-installing it knowing your zero will be maintained.
Clean your muzzle device more often, travel without your muzzle device mounted, swap between a muzzle brake and a silencer, run a single muzzle device on multiple rifles, all while maintaining your zero. And if you don’t like our new mounting system, simply reverse the installation and run it like a traditional jam nut style muzzle device like it was never there. Genius.
Thanks to our new hub-compatible adapters (extra mounting systems to come soon), you can swap between your chad muzzle device and a silencer from another manufacturer in seconds.
Our self-timing taper mounts and hub-compatible adapters are compact, lightweight, simple, and simply are the future.

Product FAQ
What is the Self-timing Taper mounting system?
The self-timing Taper mounting system is a new mounting system that gives customers the option to run our muzzle devices however they want. Want to run it in the quick-disconnect configuration? Install it normally. Want to run it as a normal jam nut style muzzle device (like the original chad)? Reverse the installation and forget its there. It’s a mounting system with no downsides.
It allows us to make muzzle devices in a single thread and threaded adapters in multiple sizes, which helps with cost and keeping products in-stock for a smaller manufacturer like us. This also allows us for the first time ever to make and keep metric products in-stock.
How do I install the Self-timing Taper mount?
The self-timing taper mount comes in two parts. The taper mount and the self-timing jam nut.
To install the self-timing taper mount in it’s intended quick disconnect configuration, thread the jam nut onto the taper mount clockwise until it bottoms out, then install the assembled self-timing taper mount into the muzzle device by hand, while holding the jam nut. While still holding the jam nut, tighten the assembly into the muzzle device at about half of your strength. Then install and time your muzzle device as you normally would and secure the muzzle device in place with a tool, by tightening the jam nut, turning it counterclockwise against the shoulder of the barrel with a tool at 30 ft-lbs. Then holding muzzle device in your hand loosen it by turning it counter clockwise and it will release. Install it by tightening it by hand, close to ‘as tight as you can’.
(Taper mounts require more force to remove them than install so if you tighten it as tight as you can, you wont be able to take it off). The self-timing taper mount is made to live on the barrel for the entire barrels life. There’s no need to remove it unless your changing barrels.
To install the self-timing taper mount in it’s traditional jam nut style configuration (like the original chad), take a quarter and install it into the rear of the taper mount and thread the mount into the muzzle device until it bottoms out. Then taking a pair of pliers, tighten the taper mount into the muzzle device, via the quarter, as tight as you can. Then just install the jam nut onto the exposed threads sticking out of the muzzle device and use the muzzle device like any other self-timing muzzle device on the market.
(Loctite isn’t recommended as it’ll make it impossible to remove the taper mount if you ever want to change the thread of your brake or sell it. Tight with a pair of pliers is tight enough).
How often should I clean the Self-timing Taper mount?
Keep the tapered surface of the taper mount as clean as possible, clean it after every match (one or two day match) and keep the threads and tapered surfaces of the muzzle device clean also, clean them after every match (one or two day match) and you’ll never have any issues with muzzle devices coming loose unexpectedly or not coming off at all.
Should I use grease on the Self-timing Taper mount?
Grease or anti-seize is recommended on the threads of the self-timing taper mount but be careful when applying because if you directly or in-directly apply either to the tapered surface, the muzzle device will come loose easily. So do not apply either to the muzzle device and then mount the muzzle device to the tapered mount. Apply either grease or anti-seize to the taper mount’s threads directly, then mount the muzzle device to the taper mount, this should keep unwanted grease or anti-seize off the tapered surface. Re-apply either grease or anti-seize to the taper mounts threads every 400-500 rounds.
I got my muzzle device stuck onto the Self-timing Taper mount, how do I separate them?
Email us and we will send you a return shipping label. We will release them from each other with our tooling here, determine what happened and advise you on how to avoid it in the future. When we get setup and product is arriving frequently, we will keep some tooling in-stock that we can mail out to you guys that don’t follow the instructions and get them stuck together so the process is quicker.
What is Diamond-like Carbon?
Diamond-like Carbon is a type of amorphous carbon material that displays some of the typical properties of diamond and can be applied via physical vapor deposition to substrates including metals, ceramics, glass, and polymers.
What is Physical Vapor Deposition?
Physical vapor deposition is characterized by a process in which a solid is transitioned from a condensed phase to a vapor phase and then back again to a thin film condensed phase within a vacuum. The coating left behind by the process is five to ten thousands of an inch thick, many times harder than any heat-treated steel and has the additional properties of a dry lubricant.
So, parts hold dimensional accuracy, while improving wear resistance, lowering the coefficient of friction, improving corrosion resistance and improving lubricity, while the coating remains inert to chemicals. Which is one of the main reasons why we use DLC and PVD coatings on our products.
Although DLC and PVD coatings are applied the same way, DLC and all the various versions of PVD applied materials, are all very different chemically (despite all achieving the same thing), which results in them all being wildly different coloured in their final condensed phase. For example; Titanium nitride being gold and Diamond-like Carbon being black, yet still having very similar properties.
This is how we’re able to offer different finishes like gold and rainbow, that are inert (un-affected by cleaning agents) and more durable than the hardest heat-treated steel’s finishes.
By competitors, for competitors.
This is what innovation looks like.
FAQ
What warranty do you offer?
All products come with a no-nonsense lifetime warranty.
If you notice something isn’t quite right when you receive your product or something strange happens to it, contact us so we can exchange or repair it, whatever is quicker. (We will always request the original item is returned to us for inspection). (Warranty does not include coatings).
Do you offer refunds?
We no longer offer full refunds for change of mind.
We are happy to offer refunds minus a 10% cancellation fee, plus postage fee’s if applicable. Please be aware of lead times, product finishes and necessary accessories before making purchases. Email or call for confirmation if unsure.
Do you have any dealers or only sell direct to the public?
We are in the process of setting up more dealers in the USA and around the world. If you are interested in becoming a dealer, please contact us to discuss terms. Our current USA dealers and International distributors are linked below.
(If we are out of stock, our dealer network is the best place to find stock. If you’re having trouble finding stock at our dealers, contact us, we are always aware of how much stock dealers have).

Are you in the military or have you been associated in the military in any way?
No. We are not ex-military and have not/do not claim to have/had any association with the military but we appreciate the sacrifice the boys have made past and present and is one of the reasons why we offer a military discount to thank all military members for their service. We are a small company but offer what we can.
What’s the companies name? I’m confused.
The company’s name is Warning Corporation.
We were formally known as Without Warning but due to restructuring from new ownership, the company went under a rebrand and has taken on a new direction. The original owner and people behind the company are still part of the company, just in role’s related to product development and testing.
What targets are used in the tuning videos?
The targets used in the tuner series of videos are simply a .pdf file printed at the local printer shop onto a3 cardboard, download them below. The target is a 0.1 mil grid with 0.1 mil orange squares. They are rotated 45 degrees, so you have fine aiming points for shooting groups. We find this is much more consistent than shooting at circles etc.
Lifetime, no nonsense warranty.
